Programs

Velocity Xpress Track Club is an outdoor track and field club for youth 7-18 years of age. This program is designed to teach the fundamental concepts of running and field events to enhance the overall athletic performance. Velocity Xpress will teach and equip athletes with power, endurance, speed, and coordination while promoting character and integrity. Athletes of all skill level are welcome.

Practice will begin on March 30th and end July 17th (athletes who qualify for nationals will end August 3rd) Tuesdays Wednesdays and Fridays at:

Tuesday- 530 to 7 Elkton

Weds - 630 to 8 Bo Manor

Friday - 530 to 7 Elkton

Registration cost: $65, additional meet fees & uniform fees will apply.

Registration deadline: March 29, 2026 (High School athletes (May 15, 2026)

** Multi sport athlete are welcome and encouraged to register. Practice is mandatory unless the athlete has a prior commitment or alternate sports practice (schedule needs to be provided to coaches). Athletes who wish to participate in the meet on a scheduled weekend will be required to attend at least 1 to 2 practices the week of the meet unless their are special circumstances that can be discussed on an individual basis. Athletes in middle school are welcomed to attend practice starting anytime based on their other sports schedules but are not required to attend until they have completed their middle school team's schedule. High school athletes cannot attend our practice until their season is over.

** Youth are required to participate in at least 4 of our scheduled meets. A tentative schedule is posted below.
