Who: Ages 16 and up
Where: Rising Sun Community Center (17 Wilson Road, Rising Sun, Maryland 21911)
When: Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am- 9:00am, June 10th - July 10th. **THERE WILL BE NO CLASS JULY 1st & 3rd**
Cost: $42 for 8 sessions, or $7 cash per drop in
Equipment: Yoga matt (not required but recommended, Parks and Rec have a select number available for use)
A gentle Yoga practice bringing mind and body together for healthy benefits. The benefits include lowering blood pressure, posture, flexibility, strength, balance, and maintaining a healthy heart along with overall body and brain health. This practice is open to men and women of all skill levels.

Note:
REFUND POLICY
A full refund or credit will be given for any program that CCPR cancels;
Once registered, a full or per diem refund will be given, less a $5 processing fee, on the following basis: medical emergencies, or the participant moves out of the county;
An account credit less a $5 processing fee to be used on future programs/rentals will be given in all other circumstances. Contact Tammy at TArgoe@CecilCountyMD.gov or 410-656-5125.
