Programs

Velocity Xpress is a developmental track and field travel team for youth ages 14-18. This program is designed to teach the fundamental concepts of running and field events to enhance the overall athletic performance. Velocity Xpress will teach and equip athletes with power, endurance, speed, and coordination while promoting character and integrity. Registration includes AAU membership, uniforms, warmups and a bag. Most meets are held on Saturdays and/or Sundays.
Practices will be held at the Elkton High School track Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:30pm to 8pm from April 7th - mid July.(Practice times/location are subject to change)

Cost of the program is $265. Only $65 is due at the time of registration.

In our efforts to become a more competitive, nationally ranked team, we have made some changes in our guidelines for this season. Please read through our Xpectations carefully and make sure you and your athlete(s) agree to all of these guidelines before registering.

Xpectations 2025
• Athletes are required to conduct themselves respectfully to coaches and teammates. We are a family and we work together to meet our personal and team goals.
• Mandatory fees are $265 total for registration. Only $65 per person is due at the time of registration. Remaining balance and uniform order forms are due by April 1st.
• High School athletes are required to register by April 15th. There will no late additions this season.
• Non-high school athletes are required to have uniforms and attend at least four to five (50%) track meets this season.
• Parents and athletes are required to attend and participate in two fundraising events minimum.
• Practices are mandatory, however, we understand that athletes play multiple sports and have other obligations. We just ask that a coach be notified prior to practice if you are unable to attend.
