Located at 17 Wilson Road in Rising Sun, the Cecil Community Center houses Recreation Offices and an indoor rental facility with a capacity of 200. The Great Room at the Cecil Community Center comes equipped with tables, chairs, refrigerator/freezer, and sink. The room is available for parties, meetings and other special events on Saturdays from 1pm to 10 pm and Sundays 9 am to 10 pm. The rental fee is $30 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. A completed Facility Request Application along with a $40 non refundable deposit is required to hold a reservation. On the day of your rental, a $100 security deposit is also required. To reserve the Cecil Community Center, call (410) 658-3000 to check availability as many holidays and summer months are not available for rental. Do not mail in cash with your application. You will be notified upon approval and asked to remit payment at that time.
