Located at 17 Wilson Road in Rising Sun, the Cecil Community Center houses Recreation Offices and an indoor rental facility with a capacity of 200. The 17.5 acre Cecil Community Center Park includes two little league baseball/softball fields, a multipurpose field, 4 tennis courts, pavilion, playground, fishing pond and a half mile paved walking trail named the "Tiger Trail" after the school community who initially built it. This park is open from dawn until dusk.
